Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you do not contact us within 30 days to request a return, the item will be deemed accepted.
Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in good condition, and retain its original packaging and tags.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping and Handling: Return shipping is at your expense, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order following the steps above.
5. Restricted Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Used kitchenware (e.g., cutlery, chopsticks, spoons, etc.)
Discounted or special items
